Board Governance

Our senior-level governance services are focused on your Supervisory Board or Non-Executive Directors. The following practical aspects are relevant to take into consideration.

Board Review Meeting

For your Supervisory Board (Non-Executive Directors), it is a matter of good governance to regularly reflect on its performance. In close consultation, we will determine the priorities to discuss in the review meeting. Its aim is to improve the quality of your Board’s supervision, wherever required.

Details of your Board’s needs will be discussed with your Chair well in advance. Usually, a short list of priorities to discuss will be agreed upon enabling the Board to look back on its past performance and look ahead to the challenges it faces in the near future.

Training 'Supervision in Escalating Situations'

For your Supervisory Board (Non-Executive Directors), we have designed a highly effective one-day training program 'Supervision in Escalating Situations'. The program will help your Board master the skills of recognizing early warning signals in escalating situations and taking proactive action to prevent or reverse an organizational crisis.

You will learn the art of shifting gears between a number of essential Board powers. Participants will receive the session presentation sheets well in advance to help them prepare. There are no other requirements, no papers or tests to complete. The training is highly interactive and presented at the level of experienced Board members.
